PetSmart Charities and the Chicagoland Humane Coalition team up for the season's largest adoption event, part of PetSmart Charities National Adoption Week. 10 participating shelters/rescues bring hundreds of cats, dogs, and critters for adoption across six Chicago-area PetSmart locations, 12-4pm: PetSmart Lincoln Park (Cats in Action, CLEAR, Heartland Animal Shelter), PetSmart Niles (Animal Care League, CLEAR, Heartland Animal Shelter, Orphans of the Storm), PetSmart Crestwood (South Suburban Humane Society), PetSmart Orland Hills (Will County Animal Protection Services), PetSmart Countryside (Anti-Cruelty, Hinsdale Humane Society), PetSmart Downers Grove (DuPage County Animal Services).
