Free Cook County vaccine and microchip clinic for dogs at CICS Prairie School in Roseland, presented with the Anti-Cruelty Society. 1-year rabies and distemper vaccines plus microchips are free for the first 100 dogs in attendance, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bring proof of Cook County residency (State ID, CityKey, etc.). Dogs can be microchipped whether or not they get a vaccine. Dogs must be leashed. Lines typically form before opening.
