Free Cook County vaccine and microchip clinic for dogs and cats at the 25th District Chicago Police Department, presented with the Chicago Wolves. 1-year rabies, distemper and FVRCP vaccines plus microchips are free for the first 500 cats and dogs in attendance, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring proof of Cook County residency (State ID, CityKey, etc.). Pets can be microchipped whether or not they get a vaccine. Dogs must be leashed; cats must be in carriers.
