The Streeterville Doggy (and Kitty) Halloween Costume Party and Parade at the Museum of Contemporary Art, 9 a.m. to noon on Halloween morning. Free to attend but registration is required through PAWS Chicago. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier, and you are asked to bring a pet toy or accessory for the prize swap.
